Be Who You Are

There is only one you, and that means that you are of great value, significance, and beauty. And you are created as one whole person that includes your spirit, soul, and body.

Sometimes we may be too busy to notice how something is affecting us in our thoughts or emotions, and I’ve found great value in listening to my body. If I am tense and don’t take time to talk about it with God or a friend, it may be seen in a headache or illness.

So stop to listen to your whole self. Take a coffee break and sit still. Be a friend to yourself. Continue learning to be the real, authentic you. You are worth it.

Psalms 139

Grace & peace,
Robin
