When We Don’t Know Which Way Is Best

luggage 9

He promises.  We learn to believe.  It’s a process called relationship.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not to your own understanding.  In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.”

Proverbs 3:5-6 is a much quoted passage of scripture.  For when we don’t know the best way, the right decision, we can learn to be still and wait.  We can remember that we need His help.  We can listen for Him to speak, we can pay attention to the thought that comes and brings clarity as a friend.

Yes, we will fail at times, but we will ultimately find our way by depending on God to lead us.  And He will make our paths straight and strengthen our little feet to walk where He knows is best.

This is about more than just us, you know.  So when you don’t know the way to take, look to God and take some time to be still and listen.  Seek Him, for He cares so greatly for your life.

Grace & peace,
