Whose Eyes Do You Make Sparkle?

breathing in GodYou exist because of love. Not just the love of your parents, but the love of your Creator. He is your Heavenly Father and you are here so that you can come to know Him and the perfect love He has for you. He wants you to experience receiving and giving love. It’s not an easy or simple thing to open ourselves up to someone we can’t see, but He is beyond our comprehension, beyond our vision, yet the most real thing that exists.

Your Father made you special, one-of-a-kind, totally unique and different from every other person who has or will ever live. He designed your life to have great meaning. In fact, He has written the story of your life! “All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be” (Psalm 139:16). Your life in God means everything you’ve always wanted to feel and know.

Your Father cares about every detail of your life and watches over you every day. He knows your pain and promises to transform it into good things before your earthly story is finished. His eye is always upon you, eyes of love, acceptance, and blessing. His eyes sparkle every time He looks at you. His heart is glad that you are His child, and will never leave you nor forsake you, and surrounds you with love every moment.

Be willing to let yourself open up to His love. It contains all the acceptance, healing, and joy any of us will ever need.

“For you created my inmost being; you knit me together

in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully

and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful,

I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when

I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together

in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body.

All the days ordained for me were written in your book

before one of them came to be.”

 Psalm 139:13-16

The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous,

and his ears are attentive to their cry.”

Psalm 34:15

Let your heart respond to your Father’s thoughts about you…

With much love,
From the desk by the window on a cool day, just feeling loved.
